ARKANSAS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PROVIDERS
The Arkansas Medical Equipment Providers (AMEP) is an association created in 2024 with the goal of providing a
voice for medical equipment providers operating in Arkansas. This association has worked with the
Arkansas Legislature and Arkansas Medicaid to address the need for DMEs in the home health space.

Caitlyn Hiland, Executive Director
Caitlyn is the Executive Director for the Arkansas Medical Equipment Providers, was born and raised in Arkansas politics. Caitlyn spent some time in the Governors office under Governor Asa Hutchinson before making her way to Washington D.C. to work on Senator Boozman's staff. She joined Natural State Consulting and Strategies in October of 2023 and has been working with DMEs across the state since her start. Caitlyn is dedicated to giving Durable Medical Equipment suppliers and manufacturers a seat at the table when it comes to law making at the state and federal levels.
