Shawn has spent the last 25 plus years in the healthcare industry. The early part of his career was spent with Abbott Laboratories and Tyco Healthcare.
In 2005 Shawn co-founded Medical Solutions Distribution Group, a national distributor of diabetic supplies based in Conway, Arkansas. In 2008 he assisted in leading a merger and acquisition of Medical Solutions Distribution Group to a group of investors to form Omnis Health, an international distributor and manufacturer of a private label blood glucose brand where Mr. McCoy was a co-founder and continued to lead with sales, business & product development and provided key strategic guidance with the overall growth of Omnis Health. The blood glucose monitor produced by Omnis Health, was a private label product (Embrace) that quickly became the number one selling blood glucose monitor as reimbursed by Medicare in the United States. Omnis Health was sold in late 2010 where Mr. McCoy remained as VP of sales and business development for the next 2.5 years. In addition, he is the founder and President of Eclipse Medical and the President of AMEP, representing the DME industry in the state of Arkansas. Mr. McCoy holds a BSBA from the University of Arkansas. He is married with two children and resides in Little Rock, Arkansas.

David is Vice President of Payer Relations for the American Association for Homecare. David has worked to build relationships with payers across the country and assist Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers in ensuring their patients have access to quality equipment and care. He continues to work with state and regional associations throughout the nation to find solutions and fight for regulatory and legislative change. David has worked in the HME industry since 2003, most recently with Liberty Medical Specialties as Director of Reimbursement and Government Affairs. He has considerable
experience in sales, operations, reimbursement, payer, and government relations. Chandler’s service to the HME community also includes a term as President of the Atlantic Coast Medical Equipment Services Association. He served as Chairman of the
Medicare Jurisdiction C Advisory Council and was a member of AAHomecare’s Regulatory Council and State Leaders Council. Chandler was elected to the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy/ DME Subcommittee in 2016. Chandler also currently
serves on the board for Alabama Durable Medical Equipment Association (ADMEA), Great Lakes Home Medical Services Association, Northeast Medical Equipment Providers Association (NEMEP), Pennsylvania Association of Medical Suppliers (PAMS), and Arkansas Medical Equipment Providers Association (AMEP).

Todd has been in Healthcare Distribution for 22 years. First, acquiring Midstate Medical in 2002, a medical supply company in the nursing home space. Later expanding the business to the full post-acute market with Preferred Medical in 2008, where he served as President & CEO. Todd expanded Preferred Medical from an Arkansas based distribution business, to full nationwide service area with six (6) locations in Conway, AR, Waco, TX, Nashville, TN, Camp Hill, PA, Jacksonville, FL and Las Vegas Nevada. Transacting with NDC in 2018,
Todd maintained the President & CEO role and later became the Chief Strategy Officer for NDC.
Todd purchased Finnegan Health Services, a homecare focused business in Little Rock, AR in 2023, focusing on direct to patient fulfillment, committed to the pediatric and adult population in AR. Finnegan’s is celebrating 40 years in service to their patient base. Todd lives in Conway with his wife Kristie, and has a daughter (Sydnie) and three
grandchildren in Frisco, TX.

Cole joined Total Medical Supply, Inc. as General Counsel in July of 2023. Before joining Total Medical Supply, Cole represented numerous Fortune 500 companies. Cole is an attorney by trade, licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas and in all federal courts in both states. He has also handled appeals in Arkansas and Texas appellate courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Texarkana Bar Association, Texarkana Young Lawyers Association, Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Arkansas Bar Association. Cole received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Craig currently serves as vice president of Payer and Member Relations for VGM Group, where he focuses on helping providers navigate payer relationships, as well as addressing concerns that are impacting VGM’s broad range of members from a payer perspective. Craig has also previously served as vice president of Provider Relations for VGM’s Homelink division, where he built and fostered relationships with payers and providers across the country. Craig has been with VGM since 1999.
